We're a new, owner-run plumbing business: the owner and one helper. Home repairs, drain cleaning and water heaters, plus emergency calls any hour of the day or night.
Water where it shouldn't be?
Call us straight away, any hour. While you wait, these three things help keep the damage small.
Call the emergency line- Shut off the water. The main valve is usually where the water line comes into the house, often in the basement near the meter. Turn it clockwise.
- Keep power away from water. If water is near outlets or the panel, stay out of it and switch off that circuit only if you can reach it dry.
- Catch what you can. Buckets and towels under the drip, and move anything you care about out of the way.

Do you really answer at night?
Yes. Emergency calls are taken 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, weekends included.
What counts as an emergency?
Anything where water is causing damage or you can't use your water or drains: a burst pipe, a leak through a ceiling, a sewer backup. If you're not sure, call and ask.
Will I know the cost before you start?
Yes. Once we've seen the problem we tell you what we'd do and what it costs. Nothing starts until you say yes.
Do you work on businesses or new builds?
We focus on homes: repairs, drains and water heaters in houses people live in.
How do I book a job that isn't urgent?
